What About Your Internet Marketing (Drip) Campaign?



You heard right! A short time ago a study was released that in effect said that over 90 percent of ALL home buyers and sellers began their research from 1 to 5 years “Prior” to making a real estate move!
Here is another opportunity for you – do you have a 5 year “drip” marketing campaign in place for all types of Sellers and Buyers? For most agents the answer is a resounding NO!
To be effective it must be CONSISTENT and COMPELLING and specific to each type of prospect (buying and selling). Imagine, if you sent a “selling” infomercial to a buyer, you’ll just lose the buyer and vice–versa. Buyers and Sellers must receive specific information and the same for For Sale By Owners, investors, etc. And, this campaign should be 1–5 years in duration to be effective.
Put one in place today and you’ll be setting yourself up for long term success!
