1. Do 5X5's on a new listing or open house
2. Make 10 calls to your past clients
3. Create "annual updates" CMA for last years August closed transactions
4. Do pop-bys (personal or business)
5. Work FSBO's in your Farm
6. Work expired's in your Farm
7. Meet someone Face to Face for coffee
8. Update your Mailing list
9. Send 10 IM to Facebook Friends (The Real Estate Market is Great now, if you or someone you know are thinking of selling call me today for a FREE home valuation)
10. Door Knock (Actually talk to minimum of 10 people, take notes and send them a handwritten follow up note sighting something personal to them) They will remember you because no one sends hand written notes anymore let alone really listens!!!
